Hanna Whyte, LMT
In 2019 Hanna opened her own massage practice, Good Space Massage. Inspired by Yoga Sutra 2.46 sthira sukham asanam which translates to “the seat or asana should be steady, comfortable, and joyful” or her favorite interpretation “to resolutely abide in good space”. Hanna integrates modalities based on her wide range of experience and education. In one session you can expect to receive a blend of myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, stretching, energetic touch, and cupping, based on your body's individual needs that day. Through massage sessions and yoga classes, Hanna is committed to working with you to explore your daily movement patterns and how they get held in the body in order to restore and maintain good space in body and mind.
