Dr. Gavin Puthoff, MD

Dr. Poppy Daniels

Poppy Daniels is passionate about providing comprehensive care for women’s health: body, mind and spirit.

She believes that if you bring the body into balance, normal physiology will work in your favor to help you feel better. Are you tired of people telling you “it’s all in your head” or “it just happens when you get older?” The practice aims to combine the best elements of allopathic, naturopathic and complementary medicine. Dr. Poppy believes that patients deserve the attention that it requires to feel good and be truly healthy. It is essential to look at multiple areas in the body to bring about optimal health. You deserve to feel good: in your physical body and about yourself!

Dr. Poppy Daniels is a gynecologist who attended undergraduate and medical school at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She completed a residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Drexel University/Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has been in private practice since 2003. She and her husband, Dr. Dennis Daniels, who practices Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, live in Ozark, MO. They have five sons and one daughter.


Dr. Anu French

Dr. French is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics AAP and a Member of the AAP’s Pediatric Integrative Medicine Leadership Initiative. She is double board-certified in Pediatrics and Integrative Medicine and has completed a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine through Dr Andrew Weil's Center for Integrative Medicine and a Fellowship in Integrative Psychiatry through the IPI/University of Colorado.

She serves on the IM4US (Integrative Medicine for the Underserved) Policy committee and the the Professional Advisory Boards of ASPIRE (Alliance to Solve PANS/Immune Related Encephalopathies) and WholeHealthED Health (an independent, nonprofit program, policy organization advocating for comprehensive whole health learning experiences in American elementary and secondary education). A yoga student for 20 years, she coauthored and published a review on Yoga in Children included in the AAP’s recent Clinical Policy Statement on the use of Mind-Body Therapies in Children and Youth and has completed Kids Yoga Teacher Training.

Dr French has been in practice for 25 years, focused on building resilience of mind body and spirit for herself, her patients and her family and she offers whole child Integrative Pediatric care at her office at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Pediatrics in St Louis MO. She teaches community electives in Integrative Pediatrics and Nutrition and offers community workshops on mantra sound healing, and mindful art.
