Introduction to Breathwork

Breathwork is a practice of intentionally changing your breathing pattern to lower stress and cortisol, stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, release stuck emotion and improve mental wellbeing.
In this workshop we will set our goals for the session, warm up, then use the gentle technique to breathe for 60 minutes, with time after the session to reflect, share and answer questions. We will be lying down on our backs for the session so bring a blanket or anything you need to get comfortable! Bring a journal and pen to record your reflections and insights.
